Device - Any device capable of accessing Spot Ads. Personal Data - Any information that can identify or reasonably identify a user. Service - The Spot Ads platform and related features. Service Provider - Third-party companies assisting in operating or supporting the platform. Usage Data - Automatically collected technical and browsing information. You / User - Any individual or business using the Service.

5.2 - Marketplace Interactions

  • Creators may view relevant Advertiser business information.
  • Advertisers may view Creator profiles, listings, and platform data.

Messages between users are private but may be saved or screenshotted by the participants.

5.3 - Legal Requirements

Spot Ads may disclose Personal Data if required to:

  • Protect the platform from abuse

6 - Data Retention
